TRX Class

TRX is a one hour full-body strength workout that utilizes a person’s own body weight.  Instead of relying on machines or dumbbells, a TRX is used.  This also helps with balance. You will be using your core for the entire class.  In addition to strength training you will also get a cardiovascular workout.  The class is highly customizable to everyone attending the class.  Students can work at a pace that is appropriate for their individual fitness level.
