Valley Shore Martial Arts offers a class for those who want to add some variety to their fitness routine. The class is one hour long.
During this class the instructor will focus on strength training, flexibility, cardio and coordination. This is achieved through the use of Kettle bells, TRX, stability balls, Bosu, weight training, heavy bag work, floor work , resistance bands and body weight exercises. All exercises can be completed by the both the beginner or the highly advanced student. The instructor will modify the exercises to meet the needs of each student.
The atmosphere in this class is informal and friendly. The instructor works with each student to understand and attain their needs, goals and expectations.
